Vojko Čok, President of the Supervisory Board, Representing the shareholders
By education profile, Vojko Čok is a university graduate economist (Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana). He started his career in Luka Koper (Port of Koper corporation) and served as the director and management board president of Banka Koper d.d. for many years. For a short time he was also director of Cimos. He held numerous executive and other functions in chambers of commerce and industry, economic associations, supervisory boards and management bodies and was actively engaged in a variety of regional development projects. His activity has continued beyond his retirement in 2009. Vojko Čok sat on the Board of Trustees of the University of Primorska, too. In the term 2009 to 2016, he was member and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banka Koper d.d. At present, he is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina and presides the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania.

After graduation from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, his first employment was at Kogal as Sales and Marketing Manager. In 1999, he joined the Gorenje Group as the Supplementary Programme Manager. Three years later, he was appointed Director of the Gorenje UK in Great Britain. After his return to Slovenia (2005), he served as the Executive Director for sales and marketing, and since 2007, he was appointed Executive Director of the Ecology, Energy and Services Division in Gorenje d.d. Since the year-end 2009, he has been Director of the Gorenje Surovina d.o.o., which was transformed into the holding company of the whole Ecology Division of Gorenje. Since 2007 to date, he has acquired experience in several supervisory boards, such as of the company Surovina, d.o.o. (Chairman), Erico (member), Merkur Trgovina (member), and Intereuropa, d.d. (member). Furthermore, he sits on the Board of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Štajerska, on the Board of Metals and Nonmetals Association with the GZS (Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), presides the GZS Section of Metal and Nonmetal Waste Collectors and is member of the Green Growth Group initiative under the auspices of the University of Cambridge.
Matija Vojsk, M.Sc., Member of the Supervisory Board, Representing the shareholders
Matija Vojsk holds an MBA degree from the City University of Seattle, USA, and a Master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana; he is a (Univ.) graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana and a graduate engineer (Dipl-Ing. FH) of the University J-W.Goethe in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). His business experience range over 27 years, of which he worked four years in the leading global network for auditing and consultancy. His experience comprise strategic and operational purchasing, sales, marketing and business strategies incl. operational implementation thereof. To date, he has acted in executive positions in several branches of industry, among others, executive director and member of Management Board in large corporations in international business environment. He sat on several supervisory boards as a member or president of Supervisory Board, and as chairman of the SB audit committee. His other engagements comprise organizing committees of top level cultural and sports events: ski-jumping/flying in Planica, Alpine skiing in Kranjska Gora and Maribor, Nordic skiing on Pokljuka, Franja Cycling Marathon, etc. He is engaged in the consultancy business covering diverse projects for customers from Slovenia and developing business projects in SE Europe for clients from abroad. He has held a certificate for supervisory board members and for non-executive members of board of directors. In addition, he is an active member of professional associations and a lecturer on business strategies and risk management.
Rok Rape, Ph.D., Member of the Supervisory Board, Representing the shareholders
Rok Rape’s work spans over 20+ years of executive involvement in strategic management, restructuring, BPR and change management. His experience covers both open market and public sector. Having worked on large projects, he is knowledgeable of international environment and global corporations. In his past he has held top executive positions in Avtotehna Group, RRC d.d. and SAP AG. At present he is managing director of Onesun d.o.o., a consulting company specializing in business recovery and business development. Rok Rape holds Doctorate degree in technical sciences from University of Ljubljana and Executive MBA degree from Bled School of Management (IEDC).
